The subject of the procurement is equipment for the Italian primary school, Scuola elementare italiana, Novigrad - Cittanova. The subject of the procurement is divided into the following groups as follows: - Group 1 – General equipment and furniture – estimated value amounts to 115,000.00 euros, - Group 2 – Kitchen equipment – estimated value amounts to 70,000.00 euros, - Group 3 – Computer equipment – estimated value amounts to 26,000.00 euros, - Group 4 – Multimedia equipment – estimated value amounts to 14,000.00 euros, - Group 5. Playground equipment – estimated value amounts to 5,000.00 euros. This public procurement relates to groups 1 and 2, while groups 3, 4, and 5 will be carried out as a simplified procurement in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 3, point 2 of the ZJN. The new school building houses the following spaces: 4 classrooms for general teaching, a specialized classroom (workshop), a classroom for Croatian/Italian language, a classroom for informatics, a classroom for mathematics, a classroom for visual and musical culture, a classroom for nature and biology/chemistry and physics, 8 offices, assembly hall, 4 offices, multi-purpose space (PVN), dining room, kitchen with storage, library-information center, storage and archive, handyman's workshop, technical staff premises, lockers for students from 5th to 8th grade, first aid storage, 4 storage rooms, sanitary facilities for students and teachers, reception, corridors. The procurement of equipment includes the procurement, delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of school furniture and equipment to full functionality in accordance with the Cost Estimate of the Equipment with graphic attachments.
