The Contracting Authority possesses 1274 printing devices, distributed across 231 locations in the Republic of Croatia, organised into 17 Forest Management Offices, the Central Location Directorate, and 213 smaller work units/Forestry units. The print management and monitoring system is PaperCut MF. The Contracting Authority owns a licensed print management and monitoring system, PaperCut MF, for 3000 users, and separate licenses are procured for MF devices. The Contracting Authority will accept other solutions agreed with the Supplier for monthly page counters. The selected Supplier will, together with the Contracting Authority, exclude the initial page counters from the printers and/or PaperCut MF system upon handover of the print fleet, take over all existing toners in the devices according to the percentage of toner fill, and compensate the Contracting Authority for the amount of possible prints at the offered cpp (cost per printed page).
