Bio-Security Immobilien GmbH is tendering for the installation and operation of a fire alarm system on a lease basis. The Bio-Security Competence Centre operates a fire alarm system of the type SIEMENS Sigmasys M at Siemensstraße 42 in 59199 Bönen. Since there is no spare parts stock for this system, it is intended to replace this system and exchange it for a modern, modular fire alarm system. The new system is to be offered on a lease basis as part of this tender, with existing components such as control modules and loop-capable alarm sounders to be taken over. The new fire alarm system is to be designed to be remote-capable in order to be future-proof. Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting, the use of an electronic logbook, the visualization of the current detector status and operability via mobile devices are also required. The installation of the system is to take place after the award of the contract; completion is to be by 31.12.2026. The lease contract will be concluded with a contract duration of 120 months.
