The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents and laboratory equipment for the Department of Microbiology, the Spectrometry Laboratory, and for statutory work. The purchaser has divided the contract into the following parts: Part I – Reagents for the MALDI Biotyper apparatus by Bruker Part II – Determination of the sensitivity of microorganisms to antibiotics by the disc diffusion method Part III – Tests and strips with antibiotic concentration gradients to determine MIC values and resistance mechanisms Part IV – Miscellaneous laboratory equipment Part V – Media for blood and body fluid cultures along with the rental of analysers Part VI – Reagents and consumables for the determination of free methoxycatecholamines (normetanefrines, metanefrines, methoxytamines) in serum by the LC-MS/MS method Part VII – Accessories and reagents for optimising the operation of the LC-MS/MS spectrometer model QTRAP 6500+ (Sciex) Part VIII – Reagents for the isolation of genomic DNA Part IX – Cryovials The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 2, 2A, 2B to this SWZ.
