The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of periodic inspections of hydrotechnical objects within the area of operation of the State Water Holding Wody Polskie - Stargard Basin Office: 1) annual – in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 7.07.1994 – Building Law (j.t. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 682, 553, 967, 1506, 1597, 1681, 1688, 1762, 1890, 1963, 2029) within the scope specified in § 68-72, taking into account the content of § 73-74 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23.10.2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of control of maritime hydrotechnical structures (Dz. U. nr 206, poz. 1516). 2) five-year – in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 2 of the Building Law and within the scope specified in § 75-77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23 October 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of control of maritime hydrotechnical structures (Dz.U. Nr 206, poz. 1516) The contract consists of the following parts: 1. Part No. 1 – Water Supervision Goleniów (annual inspections) 2. Part No. 2 – Water Supervision Pyrzyce (annual and five-year inspections) 3.
