The subject of the procurement is the maintenance service for speech and customer service platforms and additional services, products and licences related to the platform, in accordance with this call for tender and the conditions set out in its annexes. The speech and customer service solutions consist mainly of products supplied by the Mitel group, including several telephone exchange and contact centre systems as well as other solutions related to fixed exchange services. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes. The contracting authority has the right to purchase the subject of the procurement also as part of its own service production, with which the service is produced for the contracting authority's customers. The objective of the procurement is to find a cost-effective supplier for Istekki Oy (hereinafter also "the contracting authority" and "the contracting unit") to maintain, expand and develop the existing speech and customer service systems. The contracting authority will select one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki and the parties to the resulting contract are only Istekki and the selected Supplier. The procurement quantities set out in the procurement documents are estimates and the contract does not constitute a firm obligation for the contracting authority.
