Poland – Hotel, restaurant and retail trade services – USŁUGA KOMPLEKSOWEJ ORGANIZACJI WYJAZDOWEGO SPOTKANIA SIECIUJĄCEGO DLA INTERESARIUSZY ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIEGO SYSTEMU INNOWACJI ORAZ KADRY PROJEKTOWEJ, W DNIACH 15 – 20 LISTOPADA 2026R. DO FINLANDII

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation of an outbound networking meeting for the stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project team, from 15 to 20 November 2026, to Finland. 2. Place of contract performance: Finland. 3. The outbound networking meeting will take place between 15 November 2026 and 20 November 2026 (a 5-day period, including departure from Poland and return to Poland), with the proviso that one of the days will be dedicated to attending the Slush 2026 event, which takes place on 18-19 November 2026. 4. The contracting authority assumes a maximum number of 15 people participating in the outbound networking meeting. The number of participants may be reduced to a minimum of 10 people. The contractor will calculate the gross offer price based on the maximum number of visit participants, i.e. 15 people, while settlements will be made for the actual number of visit participants. The contracting authority will inform the contractor of the final number of visit participants no later than 5 days after the contract is awarded. 5. The contractor's tasks will include, among others: 1) ensuring the logistics of the visit, 2) organising and servicing study visits to the indicated institutions in the SOPZ, 3) servicing the visit in terms of providing flights with luggage, 4) servicing the visit in terms of land transport, 5) servicing the visit in terms of providing accommodation and catering, 6) servicing the visit in terms of providing a substantive guardian and consecutive interpretation, 7) providing entrance tickets, 8) insuring the participants.
