The subject of the order is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire Investment in accordance with the order subject description provided in the procedure conducted in the open tendering procedure under the name "CONSTRUCTION OF AN ELEVATED HELIPAD FOR RESCUE HELICOPTERS LPR FOR THE MULTISPECIALISTIC ONCOLOGY AND TRAUMATOLOGY CENTRE NAMED M. KOPERNIKA IN ŁÓDŹ". In particular, the subject of this contract includes: the execution of construction and installation works on the basis of the Project Documentation as well as: a. the execution of the industry documentation post-construction b. the organisation and conduct of the necessary tests, examinations, measurements and acceptance, as well as the final acceptance of the entire works being the subject of the order, c. the preparation on behalf of the Purchaser of the notification of the commencement and completion of the works as well as the obtaining of the permits required by law necessary for the execution of the object and its delivery for use (if required). The subject matter has been described in detail in the following annexes: a) Project documentation – Annex no. 2 to SWZ b) Contract template – Annex no. 9 to SWZ The Purchaser requires the submission of an offer for the entire subject of the order.
