France – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre et de coordination urbaine pour la modification, en cours de réalisation, de la zone d'aménagement concerté (ZAC) « Kursaal » à Sète (F-34200)

The contract comprises two (2) execution phases, defined as follows:

- Phase No. 1:

o APS, AVP and regulatory studies for the entire ZAC;

o Supervision of demolitions in the East sector of the ZAC;

o Facilitation of consultation workshops for the purpose of co-construction (city/citizens);

o Studies and regulatory files (update of the impact study, implementation file, DUP file, DLE), Missions of the coordinating architect from the diagnostic to the guide plan, including also the workshops with stakeholders No. 1 to 4; Residents' workshops

- Phase No. 2:

o PRO to AOR for the Centre, West and East sectors, including facilitation of co-design workshops (operators).

o Mission of the coordinating architect for the development of the CPAUPE and the lot files, facilitation of co-design workshops with the operators of the Centre and East sectors, Residents' workshops

The contract includes a firm lot and 5 optional lots.
