The subject of the public procurement is the completion of a new pavilion of the Central Reception of the Regional Hospital Stod. The new pavilion is designed as a two-storey building. The basement houses the base of the Health Rescue Service of the Plzeň Region and the technical background of the Hospital. On the roof of the pavilion, in a recessed form II.NP, is the machinery room of the ventilation and air conditioning. The mass of the new pavilion adjoins the existing entrance part of the hospital. The pavilion is founded on large-diameter piles, on which a reinforced concrete skeleton will be realized, consisting mainly of columns with flat heads, supplemented by stiffening wall elements and the vertical of the elevator and staircase tower. The vertical load-bearing structures and the envelope of the building will also be made of reinforced concrete. The facade of the new pavilion is designed with thermal insulation and a noble mineral plaster, the entire system in the execution of the set and details and connection in the quality of ETICS. The roof envelope will be formed by a set on a load-bearing reinforced concrete ceiling slab, consisting of a vapour barrier, a thermal insulation layer and a waterproof roofing foil. The internal layout will be realized mainly from mounted dividing partitions made of plasterboard sheets. All rooms will be equipped with suspended ceilings. The window infills in the new part of the building will be made of aluminium profiles glazed with triple glazing, fitted with internal blinds.
