Croatia – Building construction work – IZVOĐENJE RADOVA I OPREMANJE OBJEKTA OŠ JURE KAŠTELANA

The project task involves the reconstruction of dilatation no. 7, while the other dilatations are retained and remain unchanged, except in the contact zone with dilatation no. 7 and specifically in the area of the floor extension where dilatation no. 7 needs to be connected to the rest of the school. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the space of the archive office. The cancelled space will be given a new position in the reconstructed part of dilatation no. 7. The subject dilatation no. 7 is located on the southeast part of the elementary school. The dilatation in its current state has only a ground floor which includes part of the classroom wing with cabinets, storage rooms and sanitary facilities. The reconstruction plans to add a ground floor on the eastern, southeast and northern parts, as well as an extension of the 1st floor. The reconstruction of the ground floor plans to remove one existing classroom on the eastern side to build a new staircase and cabinet in its place, and to add a new classroom on the southern side, while the existing storage on the northern side would be converted into a cloakroom. On the northern side of the dilatation, the construction of a covered terrace is planned, which would connect with the existing terrace of the main entrance to the elementary school building, thus forming a whole. Above the ground floor, an extension - 1st floor would be built, consisting of five classrooms for regular instruction, one classroom for specialized instruction, cabinets, storage, sanitary facilities for students and sanitary facilities for persons with disabilities. The contractors are obliged to coordinate the execution of works, the organization of the construction site, the use of access roads, the delivery of materials and the use of machinery, in a way that allows instruction to be conducted uninterruptedly in the part of the school that is not in the affected zone. The project documentation for the construction of the subject building was prepared by APG-INŽENJERING d.o.o., Josipa Zorića 62, Dugo Selo, and the chief designer is Lidija Grebenar, dipl. ing. arh.
