The subject of the contract is the Supply of laboratory reagents for the identification of biochemical and immunochemical tests along with the rental of analyzers, the quantitative specification of which is determined in the assortment-price form constituting Annex No. 7 to the Specification of Contract Conditions (hereinafter: SWZ). The detailed description of the subject of the lease, i.e. Analyzers, is indicated in the Technical Parameters List constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
