Germany – Education and training services – Rahmenvereinbarung über fachbezogene Nachhilfe (Deutsch und Mathematik) zur Lernförderung an Startchancen-Schulen im Land Brandenburg (Los 4)

The Startchancen-Programm (SCP), a ten-year programme launched by the federal government and the Länder on 01.08.2024, aims to decouple educational success from social background. The fundamental goal is to improve the basic competencies in German and Mathematics of students. To support the achievement of this goal, the Ministry for Education, Youth and Sport (MBJS) of the State of Brandenburg intends to commission subject-specific tutoring for the subjects of German and Mathematics as a central measure for all interested primary schools, special needs schools, secondary schools up to grade 10 (including in particular secondary schools) and vocational schools (including in particular Oberstufenzentren = OSZ). To provide schools with demand-driven tutoring offers for each school semester, a framework agreement is to be concluded. The schools named on a per-lot basis will be the authorized users. The subject of this lot (Lot 4) is the Brandenburg South region (Luckau, Finsterwalde, Lauchhammer and Senftenberg) with seven schools plus one optional school. The aim of the measure is to improve the academic performance of students in such a way that they reach the level defined by the framework curriculum for grades 1-10 at the end of the school year.
