Germany – Canteen and catering services – Verpflegungsdienste in der ANKER-Dependance Lotte-Branz-Straße, München

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Upper Bavaria, is responsible for operating the accommodation annex of the ANKER Upper Bavaria in Lotte-Branz-Straße, 80939 Munich. The annex, consisting of a main building (Lotte-Branz-Str. 2) and a dormitory (Lotte-Branz-Straße 9), is used to accommodate asylum seekers with an average stay of 6 – 18 months. The contracting authority is commissioning the contractor with catering in the form of a full meal and beverage supply, as well as the delivery of lunch packages. During the contract period, individual services included in the scope of services may be discontinued or subsequently replenished. The annex is a socially sensitive property. Particular account must be taken of the special sensitivity of the protection mandate, the increased public awareness and the special framework conditions in dealing with foreign refugees (e.g. language barriers, trauma and different mentalities and cultures). The contractor and the staff employed by them must treat the asylum seekers with respect and, if necessary, coordinate and cooperate with other service providers related to the property.
