Poland – Laboratory reagents – 204/PN/2026- Dostawa zestawów odczynnikowych do badań koagulologicznych wraz z dzierżawą systemu do badań koagulologicznych dla Centralnego Laboratorium Klinicznego UCK.

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of sets of reagents for coagulation tests, along with the lease of a system for coagulation tests for the Central Clinical Laboratory UCK, with the parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The assortment ordered must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer. 3. The leased system, along with additional equipment, referred to hereafter as the "equipment", must meet the boundary parameters specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the boundary parameters specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer. 4. The leased equipment will be delivered with the necessary accessories for its proper functioning. 5. In the event that terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract are used in the documentation relating to the subject matter of the proceedings, they should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Trade names are examples, they define the class of the product and serve to establish the standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. The contractor offering a product equivalent to that described in the specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at least at the level of the parameters indicated by the Purchaser. The burden of proof that the offered articles are equivalent in relation to the requirements specified by the Purchaser lies with the tenderer.
