For GYSEV Zrt., 147 new road vehicles for long-term leasing and full-fledged fleet management. The Inviting Party applies Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.), which states: where the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement makes it necessary to refer to a specific brand, origin, type of item, process, activity, person, patent, or trademark, in these concrete cases, the designation is made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the term "or equivalent" must be used in all cases by the Inviting Party, which must be understood in all cases, and bidders (hereinafter: Bidders) can make their offers accordingly. The equivalence must be proven by the bidder in the offer with a separate declaration, stating the product for which an equivalent offer is made, and naming the objective evidence of the equivalence.
