The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and approval of the ETCS Level 2, Baseline 4 (ETCS BL4-ATO) train protection system for 10k diesel locomotives of series 757 (hereinafter “LOK 757”) in accordance with the norms and technical specifications TSI/EN/STN. The manufacturer of LOK 757 is Železničné opravovne a strojárne Zvolen, a.s. The detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in section B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents and in the draft contract for work.
