Spain – School-meal services – Contrato de servicios de cocina, reservado para CET de iniciativa social, en modalidad de catering para los comedores de las guarderías municipales: La Pau, El Nido y El Triángulo

The subject of the present contract is the provision of catering (lunch) services in the dining rooms of the Municipal Nurseries of Tàrrega “El Niu”, “La Pau” and “El Triangle”, reserved for Special Employment Centres with a social initiative, in accordance with the fourth additional provision of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on public sector contracts. The service will be provided through the preparation of meals in the external kitchen of the awarded company and their subsequent transport and delivery to the centres, in accordance with the conditions established in this tender and in the Technical Specifications.
