France – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Accord-cadre à bons de commande de prestations, d'entretien et de réparation des tracteurs et matériels associés des services du Département du Nord - 5 lots

The contract covers the following services: maintenance and repair of tractors and associated equipment used by road agencies for in-house works. It is a single-supplier framework agreement, concluded with a single economic operator per lot. It will be executed by issuing purchase orders upon the occurrence of a need. For all lots, the framework agreement is estimated at 1 239 201,50 euro(s) excl. VAT, or 1 487 041,80 incl. VAT per 24-month period. The framework agreement is composed of 5 lots as follows:

Lot No. 1: Dunkerque District

No minimum threshold and with a maximum amount for 24 months of 251 000 euro(s) excl. VAT, or 301 200 euro(s) incl. VAT

Lot No. 2: Lille District

No minimum threshold and with a maximum amount for 24 months of 211 000 euro(s) excl. VAT, or 253 200 euro(s) incl. VAT

Lot No. 3: Intervention Area of the Douai, Orchies and Denain Road Maintenance Centres

No minimum threshold and with a maximum amount for 24 months of 266 000 euro(s) excl. VAT, or 319 200 euro(s) incl. VAT

Lot No. 4: Cambrai District

No minimum threshold and with a maximum amount for 24 months of 246 000 euro(s) excl. VAT, or 295 200 euro(s) incl. VAT

Lot No. 5: Avesnes-sur-Helpe District

No minimum threshold and with a maximum amount for 24 months of 276 000 euro(s) excl. VAT, or 331 200 euro(s) incl. VAT
