Supply, installation, commissioning, staff training and service during the warranty period – Specific Politrauma Instrumentation - in accordance with the terms of reference and technical specifications. Technical requirements defined at the level of the invitation to participate, terms of reference or other complementary documents, by reference to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/performance/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. Furthermore, in order to comply with the principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment, any product/equipment name (within the tender) that refers to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/performance/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. The delivery, installation, commissioning and staff training deadline is a maximum of 60 days from receipt of the order from the contracting authority. The delivery location for the equipment is Oradea, str.Gh Doja, nr.65. The minimum warranty period granted for the equipment is 24 months from the final acceptance date. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
