France – Information panels – Réalisation et installation de la signalétique du Centre Hospitalier de Cayenne - Lot 15

All the lots will be awarded to a single economic operator. The services are paid for by lump sums. The present contract concerns the design, manufacture, supply and installation of the interior and exterior signage of the Cayenne University Hospital Centre. This contract is part of the overall project to restructure the medicine and surgery building and to ensure the fire safety of the building. The objective of this contract is to improve the orientation and information of users, visitors and staff. The successful tenderer must comply with accessibility standards (particularly the provisions relating to signage for people with disabilities) and requirements in terms of safety, aesthetics and durability. Candidates are advised that the building is currently in operation or nearing completion. The successful tenderer must familiarise themselves with the layout of the premises, the possibilities for access, the constraints of supplying and storing materials and equipment on site, and any other specific execution constraints related to the operation. Subject to the provisions of the CCTP, the services entrusted to the service provider are as follows:

- The study of signage needs and the proposal of a layout plan,

- The graphic and technical design of the supports (directional signs, door plates, pictograms, totems, etc.),

- The manufacture of the supports in accordance with the applicable standards,

- On-site installation, in coordination with the technical services of the establishment,

- Any maintenance during the warranty period.
