1. Type of contract: service. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical security services for the persons and property of the University of Natural Sciences in Wrocław, carried out as a replacement for the permanent staff of the Contracting Authority at the reception and cloakroom positions located in the facilities indicated in the OPZ, for a basic period of 731 consecutive calendar days, with the possibility of a maximum of four renewals of the contract, each time for a period of the next 6 months, whereby the last renewal period may be appropriately shortened in accordance with the Projected Contract Terms. 3. The service includes in particular: 1) reception services in 23 facilities, according to their operating schedules; 2) reception services combined with cloakroom services; 3) cloakroom services in 5 UPWr facilities, covering a total of 6 locations; 4) provision of replacement for the Contracting Authority's staff in cases and on terms specified in the contract subject description. 4. The detailed scope of the contract subject, including: 1) a list of facilities, receptions and cloakrooms; 2) days and hours of service provision; 3) rules for preparing and submitting schedules; 4) rules for initiating ad hoc replacements; 5) the scope of activities performed at receptions and cloakrooms; 6) requirements regarding personnel and the organisation of service provision – is specified in the Contract Subject Description, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", which is Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 5. The detailed rights and obligations of the Parties, the rules for the implementation and settlement of services, as well as the liability of the Contractor, are specified in the Projected Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as "PCT", which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 6. The place of contract implementation are the facilities of the University of Natural Sciences in Wrocław indicated in the OPZ, which is Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 7. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial offers to be submitted. The offer must cover the entire subject of the contract, including all receptions, cloakrooms, posts and service hours specified in the OPZ. 8. The offer must be unambiguous and complete, and its content must enable the Contracting Authority to verify the conformity of the offered method of contract implementation with the requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes. 9. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract subject with due care, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, the procedures in force in the facilities and the instructions of the authorised representatives of the Contracting Authority. 10. The basic period of contract implementation covers 731 consecutive calendar days, counted from the day of commencement of the service. 11. The planned date for the commencement of service provision, i.e. the basic period, falls from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. 12. If the commencement of service provision on 1 October 2026 is not possible due to the extension of the public procurement procedure, the appeal procedure or for other reasons independent of the Contracting Authority, the service provision will commence on the date indicated by the Contracting Authority, but not earlier than the day of the contract signature. 13. In the event mentioned above, the end date of the basic period will be postponed by the number of days corresponding to the delay in the commencement of service provision, so that the basic period covers 731 consecutive calendar days. 14. After the end of the basic period, the Contracting Authority may renew the implementation of the contract a maximum of four times, each time for a period of the next 6 months. The total period of all renewals may not exceed 730 consecutive calendar days, and the total maximum period of the contract's validity may not exceed 1461 consecutive calendar days. The detailed rules for renewal are specified in the Projected Contract Terms.
