The subject of the order is the service and development of the Electronic Channels Platform (PKE). The detailed description of the subject of the order, the list of tasks, deadlines, and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter: "DCT"), which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Subject of the Order Description (hereinafter: "SOD"), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
