1. The subject of the present procurement is the supply to the Buyer of laboratory equipment in the form of: a spectrofluorometer and a laboratory fluorometer. 2. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 2 lots: Lot No. 1 – Spectrofluorometer Lot No. 2 – Laboratory Fluorometer 3. The Buyer allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids for the selected lot. 4. The subject of the procurement is to be implemented on the basis of the assumptions specified in the subject description of the procurement contained in the Product Specification (Annex 2.1 to the SWZ for Lot No. 1), Technical Specification (Annex 3.1-3.2 to the SWZ) and the Contract Template, which includes the planned provisions of the contract for the public procurement, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract (Annex 5 to the SWZ).
