The subject of the procurement is: Supply of 5 branch pruners for the Road Management Authority in Lublin Task 1 - Supply of 1 new factory branch pruner to the Road District in Biała Podlaska - Road District in Łuków Task 2 - Supply of 1 new factory branch pruner to the Road District in Chełm - Road District in Krzczonów Task 3 - Supply of 1 new factory branch pruner to the Road District in Hrubieszów - Road District in Tyszowce Task 4 - Supply of 1 new factory branch pruner to the Road District in Lublin z/s in Bychawa - Road District in Krzczonów Task 5 - Supply of 1 new factory branch pruner to the Road District in Puławy - Road District in Puławy 2. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial bids. 3. The contracting authority envisages the invalidation of the procedure in accordance with Article 257 of the PZP. 4. In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (OJ EU L 119 of 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "GDPR", informs that: — the controller of your personal data is the director of ZDW in Lublin, ul. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139, paragraph 1 of the PZP, will first conduct an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then carry out the subject qualification of the contractor whose offer was the highest rated. 6. Contract completion date: 60 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 20 December 2026. 7. Deadline for binding offer: 28.11.2026 8. Task 1-2: P= PC x 60% + PGS x 20% + PGZ x 20% For each Task, the Contractor will be selected separately.
