The subject of the contract includes the lease, supply, installation and commissioning of an integrated automatic line (biochemical-immunochemical system) and a special immunochemical analyzer with chemiluminescence technology, along with successive deliveries of consumable materials and reagents, detailed in this SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ: no. 2a – Price List, 2b – Technical and User Properties Form for Part 1 and 2c – Technical and User Properties Form for Part 2, as well as the provision of maintenance services. The subject of the contract includes 2 indivisible parts. The offer for each of them must be complete and meet the detailed requirements specified in the specification of the contract conditions and its annexes. The bidder's offer, which receives the highest number of points, will be considered the most advantageous in the given part. The contracting authority allows offers to be submitted in relation to one, several or all parts. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts of the contract that can be awarded to one contractor. The contracting authority envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the contracting authority will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions of participation in the procedure.
