France – Installation services of electrical equipment – POSE, DÉPOSE, MAINTENANCE ET STOCKAGE DES DÉCORS DE NOËL DE LA VILLE DE LEVALLOIS

This contract concerns the installation, dismantling, maintenance and storage of Christmas decorations for the City of Levallois. It is subject to the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to as "the Code" throughout the tender documents. Classified as a services contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Current Supplies and Services" approved by Decree of 30 March 2021. It is awarded under the open tendering procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. It constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. The contract will be awarded to a contractor for a maximum period of three years, including renewals. As an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The total maximum value of the contract is set at 2,400,000 euros, excluding VAT, taking into account its duration and possible renewals.
