Romania – Afforestation services – Servicii de împăduriri și întreținere a plantațiilor – Ocolul Silvic Galați, 2026

The framework agreement has as its object the provision of forestation and maintenance services for plantations, necessary for the implementation of the artificial regeneration programme for the period 2026-2028, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 331/2024 (Forest Code). The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement, as well as of the subsequent contracts, estimated to be provided, are those provided for in the Statement of Requirements, Chapter II.1.4. Minimum value of the framework agreement: 19,621,152.00 lei, excluding VAT. Maximum value of the framework agreement, excluding the value of any supplements, to which the evaluation of tenders will be referred: 21,673,202.00 lei, excluding VAT. Maximum value of the framework agreement, including the value of any supplements (max. 10%): 23,840,521.00 lei, excluding VAT. Note: the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that have not been submitted within the time limit set in Section I.3 of the Procurement Data Sheet.
