Ireland – Primary school construction work – Two Storey Extension with SEN Base to Esker ETNS Lucan with Associated Siteworks and temporary accommodation

A new two storey extension linked to the existing primary school, demolition required consisting of a new two Classbase Special Educational Needs facility with ancillary accommodation on ground floor and additional teaching rooms to first floor. Associated ancillary siteworks to include revised carparking layout, the demolition of existing bike shelter, external and bin store with new external and bin store and bike shelters to be located near main entrance gate, with provision for additional bicycle spaces to be included and any accompanying landscaping works.
