Germany – Technical control services – BOL, BÜ, SiGeKo-Leistungen für Neubau einer 2-gleisigen Stadtbahnstrecke im Glücksteinquartier und Neubau von 4 Haltestellen

The contracting authorities are building a new 2-track urban railway line in the Glücksteinquartier district as well as 4 new stops. The aim of this procurement procedure is to award the following lots:

Lot 1: Construction supervision for the trades of civil engineering, track and road construction according to HOAI 2021, § 47, Lph 8 as well as project management services and additional services

Lot 2: Local construction supervision according to HOAI 2021 according to Appendix 13, special services of the performance phase 8, point local construction supervision as well as additional services

Lot 3: SiGeKo services Taking over the services of a coordinator according to § 3 of the BaustellV with the application of § 4 "General principles" of occupational safety
