Belgium – Health and safety services – Raamovereenkomst voor de dienstverlening inzake legionellabestrijding

This contract concerns a framework agreement for the provision of services related to legionella control. This includes the execution of both planned and urgent water sampling, the drafting and/or updating of management plans and related management measures, the provision of training and expertise, etc. This contract is a contract for services within the meaning of Article 2, 21° of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 2, 35° of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement – see point 1.2 for more information. The contracting authority acts as a purchasing centre within the meaning of Article 2, 6° of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, and this in respect of the entities mentioned in 1.2.1 (the ‘buyers’).
