We have had a framework agreement for the supply of standard software licenses for a long time, which expires in November 2026. To ensure that we can continue to acquire software licenses in a lawful and efficient manner for the coming years, the aforementioned agreement is being retendered. We are looking for a supplier (reseller) who can provide standard software licenses and related services (according to the requirements as set out in the attached Statement of Requirements). This supplier must provide independent, appropriate and high-quality advice that is in our best interest. See Tender Documents. The estimated value of the contract is €260,000 (excl. VAT) per year. The total estimated value over the maximum term of four (4) years is €1,040,000 (excl. VAT). If we exceed 200% above the total contract value estimated above, a new tender will be set up. The maximum purchase under the Framework Agreement is therefore €2,080,000 (excl. VAT).
