Hungary – Railway and tramway locomotives and rolling stock and associated parts – EÉVB EVM-120-ra átépítéséhez alkatrész

Procedure name: Invitation to tender for an open procurement procedure under Section XV of the Second Part of the Kbt. – with regard to the specific procurement rules for public service procurement set out in Government Decree 307/2015. (X. 27.) – as a result of which it intends to conclude a framework agreement for the following three planned parts, on a per-part basis:

1. Part: Train control equipment and its components

2. Part: Supplementary pneumatic components

3. Part: Supplementary electronic components

The details are contained in point II.2.4). The Invitation to Tender wishes to procure, for all three parts, the products of the brand specified in the item list or an equivalent product. Based on the procurement procedure, the winning Tenderer, for the respective part, must deliver and hand over the products listed in the Item List, together with the documents specified in the Contract and its annexes, to the specified performance location(s) for the Invitation to Tender, in accordance with the Invitation to Tender's orders and the Contract.

The Invitation to Tender draws the attention of interested economic operators to the fact that the documents issued during the public pre-market consultation procedure prior to this procedure, under reference number EKR000993922025, do not fully correspond to those referred to in this procedure by the Invitation to Tender. It is the sole responsibility of the economic operator to obtain, by the deadline for submission of tenders, all documents and information necessary for the proper preparation of the tender.
