The aim of the contracting authority is to conclude a contract for the management of waste designated for energy recovery, based on which the selected participant will, at its own risk and expense, collect the waste from the contracting authority, which the contracting authority will transport in its vehicles in an unprocessed state to the facilities of the selected participant.
