Localised Programme Plan for quarter 29'990 in development zone 3 on land originally from zone 5. The 3 residential buildings (A-B-C) will be organised around a common courtyard, and will rise to 8 levels, including a common basement connecting the whole. Building C, future property of the City of Lancy, will house a nursery on 2 levels, and 14 apartments, currently authorised as HLM-LUP on the following 4 floors.
