Poland – Disposable non-chemical medical consumables and haematological consumables – 206PN/2026 - Dostawa wyrobów medycznych do żywienia dojelitowego, igieł iniekcyjnych do znieczuleń przy biopsji oraz resuscytatorów dla UCK

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical products for parenteral nutrition, injection needles for biopsies, and resuscitators for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. A partial tender is understood to be individual packages established in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a tender for one, two or three packages. 3. The contracting authority requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the executive acts issued on the basis of this Act. 4. The offered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 5. Delivery of the assortment from this contract will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 6 working days from the date of the order placed by the contracting authority.
