Norway – Management-related services – Procurement of a project manager with legal competence.

The Agency for Nursing Homes needs to carry out a procurement of external consultancy services. One consultant shall be procured that combines the project manager role and legal assistance in new OPS projects, as well as assist as a consultant for the existing OPS projects. The person in question shall be responsible for planning, implementing and following-up the OPS competition. The consultant shall have special competence and experience within project management and public procurements (see SSA-B annex 1 for further description of the assistance). The estimated value of the procurement is between NOK 7 million and NOK 12 million excluding VAT.
