Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego wraz z wyposażeniem zamontowanym na stałe dla OSP Kozłów Szlachecki

The subject of the contract is: the supply of 1 medium rescue-firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drivetrain (category 2: equipped) 2. The vehicle must meet the requirements specified in: - the Road Traffic Act, together with the implementing regulations to the Act, - the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products, - the Regulation of the Ministries of the Interior and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and those used for special purposes by the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and the Fire Service - The vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws 2007.143.1002) - The vehicle must be marked with operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the order no. 3 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of 9 March 2021 on transport management in the organisational units of the State Fire Service. 3. Basic requirements: - New vehicle from the factory; - Engine and chassis with cabin from the same manufacturer; - Year of chassis manufacture – 2026; - Year of body manufacture – 2026; - Engine with a power of not less than 240kW; - 4x4 drivetrain; - The maximum overall height of the vehicle must not exceed 3200mm; - Vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission with a hydrokinetic torque converter with the possibility of manual gear shifting; - Vehicle colour: vehicle body – RAL 3000, shutter covers in red/grey, mudguards and bumpers – white 3.
