Belgium – Survey services – WA/INV/2026/2 Raamovereenkomst diensten voor diverse infrastructuurprojecten op gewestwegen – Wegen Antwerpen

The services within the framework of this framework agreement include (non-exhaustively):

- Conducting feasibility studies and research related to infrastructure projects and mobility;

- Studying and designing infrastructure projects in the broadest sense, if necessary including the replacement of existing sewerage by a separate system;

- Designing and studying civil engineering structures (bridges and tunnels);

- Conducting traffic studies;

- Drawing up a start note, project note and evaluation note;

- Conducting topographical surveys;

- Drawing up expropriation plans;

- Drawing up Project-MER;

- Conducting various nature studies (suitability assessment, general nature test, enhanced nature test, bomb test, etc.);

- Drawing up soil (water) surveys and drainage studies;

- Drawing up a dossier for an environmental permit application;

- Coordinating and following up the (possible) works of utility companies according to the role of "designer" as described in the "Practical guide for works in the environment of utility infrastructure on the public domain in Flanders";

- Drawing up detailed tender documents (plans, specifications, measurements and detailed estimate);

- Assistance with supervision of the execution of the works;

- Quality control during the entire study assignment;

- Providing services around BIM - Building Information Management;

- Providing services around communication and participation;

- Deploying various profiles to be able to provide the above services.
