The purpose of the Public Procurement is to carry out the complete reconstruction of the existing building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague – Building B, at the address Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Building”), in order to ensure that the Building, upon completion, is a modern, energy-efficient and healthy 21st-century building achieving excellent parameters in the area of energy performance. The Building must also be fully adapted to its purpose, i.e. to provide comfortable and functional facilities for the education of students, as well as pedagogical, research, professional and other activities of the academic staff and other employees of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a contract for work on the implementation of the subject of the Public Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”). The subject of the Public Procurement is the preparation of documentation for the implementation of the construction and the implementation of construction works during the reconstruction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Building B (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”), including all technology supplies. The subject of the Public Procurement is therefore both services in the design of the Work and construction works in its implementation, including the commissioning of the Work in accordance with its purpose. All of this in a manner and under the conditions specified in the Contract. The subject of the Public Procurement is the provision of work in the design and implementation of the Building, including in particular the following activities: a) obtaining all necessary permits, opinions, approvals, statements and other documents required by law for the implementation and use of the Building; b) preparation/amendment of documentation for the building permit, construction documentation, documentation of the actual implementation of the construction; c) complete implementation of the Building, including the supply of technologies; d) ensuring the trial operation of the Building; e) ensuring the commissioning of the Building; f) providing a warranty for the mechanical and technological parts of the Building for a period of 60 months; g) providing a warranty for the construction parts of the Building for a period of 60 months; h) implementing energy management of the Building during the Trial Operation.
