The consultation initiated aims to conclude a framework agreement, as regulated by Articles R.2162-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement concerns missions of consulting, studies, assistance to the project owner and project management in the fields of infrastructure, VRD, hydraulics, urban planning, landscaping and building. The framework agreement is single-supplier. It will be concluded without a minimum. The maximum amount is 1 500 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. The main objectives of the programme are:

- Reconfiguration of urban space;

- Intervention on historic monuments in relation to urban planning;

- Securing and improving roads;

- Organising parking;

- Refurbishing all surfacing to improve pedestrian and road traffic and the quality of public spaces, and implementing different treatment levels according to the streets,

- Creating spaces dedicated to pedestrian traffic on streets that allow it or mixed traffic on the narrowest streets,

- Improving rainwater networks with the implementation of surface or buried networks according to the streets and available spaces,

- Discreet placement of selective sorting spaces,

- Reflection on a harmonisation of urban furniture.
