The subject of the contract is the supply of new equipment and personal protective equipment for the firefighters of the OSP to promote safety in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The contracting authority has divided the contract into 4 parts and allows the submission of partial offers: Part I - firefighter special clothing (jacket and trousers), Part II - firefighter rubber boots, Part III - firefighter helmet type B with a headlamp, neck protection and a firefighter collar, Part IV - firefighter special gloves. The contractor must implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the contract documents, in particular with the description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract. The contract will be implemented within the scope indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, with the possibility of activating the option. The detailed rules for activating the option are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and in the draft provisions of the contract. In the event of activating the option, it will be implemented on the same terms as the basic contract.
