Poland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Modernizacja SE Gdańsk I poprzez wymianę AT3 w ramach projektu „Rozbudowa stacji 400 kV Gdańsk Przyjaźń oraz stacji 400(220)/110 kV Żydowo Kierzkowo wraz z instalacją urządzeń do kompensacji mocy biernej oraz przystosowaniem stacji 400/220/110 kV Gdańsk I do przełączenia toru linii 400 kV Dunowo – Żydowo Kierzkowo – Gdańsk I i Piła Krzewina – Żydowo Kierzkowo na napięcie 400 kV.

1. The subject of the Contract is “Modernisation of SE Gdańsk I through the replacement of AT3 as part of the project “Expansion of the 400 kV Gdańsk Przyjaźń substation and the 400(220)/110 kV Żydowo Kierzkowo substation along with the installation of reactive power compensation devices and the adaptation of the 400/220/110 kV Gdańsk I substation for the transfer of the 400 kV line Dunowo – Żydowo Kierzkowo – Gdańsk I and Piła Krzewina – Żydowo Kierzkowo to 400 kV voltage”. 2. The Contractor is obliged, within the scope of the Contract, to implement the scope provided for in the Subject of the Contract as described in the subject specification of the Contract, including the scope covered by the Supervision Option. Detailed requirements regarding the supervision option are included in Part II and IV of the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Contract is provided in Part II of the SWZ Functional – User Program. 4. In all cases where the Contracting Authority describes the Subject of the Contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described, if they allow to achieve features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the Contractor may apply solutions described by the Contracting Authority “or equivalent”. 5. In accordance with art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, the Contractor's offer, which refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority, may not be rejected solely because the offered construction works, supplies or services are not in accordance with the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, to which the description of the Subject of the Contract refers, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the subject evidence, as mentioned in art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the Subject of the Contract to an equivalent extent. 6. At present, the subject Contract is not co-financed from the funds of the European Union. The Contracting Authority does not exclude seeking support from the funds of the European Union in the future for the implementation of the subject of the Contract.
