The subject of the procurement is the design of a security-technical protection system for the locations and facilities of the Zagreb Holding, which are business and office spaces, shops, storage spaces, recycling yards, waste disposal sites, markets, nurseries, offices with office and storage spaces, public garages, parking lots, cemeteries, communication centers, and hotel and tourism facilities. The facilities are located in the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, as well as in the coastal destinations of Savudrija, Crikvenica, Veli Lošinj, Punat and Duga Uvala. Some of the facilities covered by the design (e.g. cemeteries) are categorized as protected cultural heritage. For locations and facilities that have the status of protected cultural heritage or are located within a protected cultural-historical complex, the selected tenderer is obliged to prepare the project documentation in accordance with the special conditions for the protection and preservation of cultural heritage and other conditions of the competent body, including obtaining the necessary approvals where applicable. The design service relates to the design of a video surveillance system, an intrusion and anti-trespassing system, an access control and time and attendance system, depending on the needs for certain locations and facilities in accordance with the project assignment. For each individual procurement, the contracting authority will prepare and deliver a project assignment that will define the required systems, scope of service and technical conditions for design for the specific location or facility.
