Germany – Office block construction work – Neubau der Betriebsstätte Außenbezirk Vorsfelde

The Vorsfelde Outer District (ABz 7) belongs to the Waterways and Shipping Office Mittelland Canal / Elbe Side Canal (MLK/ESK). The property includes an office building, a service residential building, a workshop area and a construction harbour. In the western part of the property there are also covered halls. The scope of the planned measure includes the new construction of the operational facilities of ABz 7 by a General Contractor (GU). The following areas are essential in this regard: • the new construction of an office and social tract with subsequent demolition of the currently existing office building after occupation of the new building, • the renovation and expansion of the storage and workshop area; the storage and workshop area is to be distinguished between simple storage halls with frost-free storage space at a minimum of 5°C and workshop halls, which guarantee a minimum temperature of 15°C through heating and • the demolition of the service residential building.
