Czechia – Electric buses – Dodávka nízkopodlažních elektrobusů

The contracting authority, in accordance with § 35 and § 101 of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ), has divided the public contract into the following 3 parts, which are being tendered in a single tendering procedure:

Part 1: Electric buses up to 9.6 m

Part 2: Electric buses up to 12 m

Part 3: Articulated electric buses up to 18.75 m

The tender documentation sets out the conditions for the award of all parts of the public contract, unless it is explicitly stated that a specific provision relates only to a certain part of the public contract. The contracting authority, in accordance with § 101(2) of the ZZVZ, allows a tender to be submitted for any number of parts of the public contract, at the discretion of the bidder. The selection of the supplier will be made separately for each part of the public contract. A separate contract will be awarded with the selected supplier for each part of the public contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the public contract is set out in the tender documentation and its annexes.
