Description

The subject of the public procurement is the equipment and installation of furniture for the Culture and Health Center – Janković Cabuna Castle. The Castle was built at the end of the 19th century. The building is located on plot No. 607/2, k.o. Cabuna, at 14 Grofova Street, Cabuna. The project task involves reconstructing the existing building to convert it into a Culture and Health Center. The Center is envisioned as an independent complex for the economic culture and heritage of the area through an interactive exhibition on the ground floor. In the basement, in the northern wing of the building, there are utility spaces such as a technical room, a waste room, a handyman's workshop, and a changing room for technical staff with a separate entrance. The basement space continues with a polygon for physical activity and education for children, and a children's polygon on the theme "How our ancestors played?" with wooden toys such as a traditional wooden rocking horse, a wooden dollhouse, a slingshot, a bow and arrow. Following the children's polygon, four different playgrounds for children are set up. The first playground will feature the game "Don't Get Angry, Man!" in natural size and wooden swings, the second playground will have tables and chairs for social games and children's entertainment, the third playground will have a carriage on rails with horses and an electric-powered track and a wooden merry-go-round, and the fourth playground will have a climbing wall, bales of hay suitable for children's jumping games, tents for children, and a pool made of 4 parts with balls. The remaining basement space will have sanitary nodes and vertical communications. The ground floor has the main entrance, which uses the existing entrance located in the courtyard part of the building (northern wing), accessible via a ramp adapted for people with disabilities. Immediately next to the main entrance and reception is the main staircase with an elevator, sanitary facilities, a cloakroom, and a souvenir shop. In the central part of the ground floor, there will be a café-bar with a space for a "wine tour" where several types of "local" wines and local healthy food will be presented and tasted, with the aim of promoting local production and products from the Slavonian and Podravina regions, and a lounge opposite it as a representative information space with tablets. The café-bar and wine presentation space (on the western facade) is connected to a terrace with an exit to the outdoor area. The space on the first floor, which is located only above the central part of the castle, is intended for office spaces with a tea kitchen and a representative large and small cultural-presentation hall that will be used for educational content, presentations, expert lectures with the appropriate lobby and user sanitary facilities. As part of the interior design and equipment of the Janković Castle, an outdoor playground for children will also be equipped. In addition to the castle installations, all spaces will be equipped with modern furniture. Technological equipment for the café-bar, wine cellar, and tea kitchen will be installed, along with all accompanying equipment such as dishwashers, built-in refrigerators, ice machines, etc. A detailed description of the equipment is provided in the cost estimate items and detailed floor plans and diagrams.
