Spain – Maintenance of information technology software – Servicio de mantenimiento del Sistema de Gestión ERP para Aljarafesa

The subject of the contract is the performance of the set of precise and necessary activities for the maintenance and support of Aljarafesa's ERP management system (hereinafter ERP), based on the Oracle JD Edwards 9.2 technological platform. With this service, all necessary maintenance tasks will be carried out to meet the needs that may arise for Aljarafesa in relation to the ERP, including the provision of new modules and the necessary capacity to ensure its complete functionality and correct operability. If necessary, a consultancy and support service for technical and training aspects should be included.
