Czechia – Refuse and waste related services – Velešín – zajištění služeb v oblasti odpadů

The subject of the contract is to provide services in the collection, transport and disposal of mixed municipal waste (MMW), separated waste and biodegradable waste (BWM) for the City of Velešín and the surrounding municipalities within the city's territory, specifically:

a) collection, transport and removal of MMW,

b) collection, transport and disposal of sorted waste – plastics,

c) collection, transport and disposal of sorted waste – paper,

d) collection, transport and disposal of sorted waste – mixed glass,

e) collection, transport and disposal of biodegradable waste,

f) rental of containers for MMW, separated waste and BWM, in the quantities, volumes and types of containers specified in the annexes to the contract.

When providing the services, the contractor must comply with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., the Waste Act, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as the "Waste Act"). The subject of the contract also includes:

• ensuring the transport and disposal of municipal waste from natural and legal persons involved in the municipal system to the landfill, in the scope and under the conditions specified in the tender documentation,

• ensuring cleanliness at the site of emptying collection containers (means) and its immediate surroundings after collection, i.e. after their emptying, so that there is no breach of hygiene regulations, damage to collection containers or damage to the property of the owners of the real estate, and the cleaning of the surroundings of the emptying site,

• immediate placement of waste containers in their original or designated place by the contracting authority,

• keeping a continuous record of waste and the manner of its disposal in accordance with the Waste Act and its implementing regulations,

• rental of containers for mixed municipal waste, separated waste and biodegradable waste, in the quantities specified in the excel tables of the individual types of waste forming the annexes to the contract; the number of containers incl. the number of containers owned by the contracting authority, their volume, the frequency of export for the individual types of waste per year, is contained in Annex No. 3 of these PPZN - excel tables, which, after the conclusion of the contract, will subsequently become integral annexes to the contract.
