The subject of the procurement is the SAP HANA database Runtime usage license for the use of the Purchaser and its customers' SAP solutions. The database usage license covers the Purchaser's SAP systems. However, it is noted that SAP HanaDB is already in use by the Purchaser in the SAP S/4 Finance and SAP BWonHana systems. The SAP HANA Runtime usage license enables the use of the SAP HANA database for the agreed purpose and for use in a service center. The procurement ensures the use of the above-mentioned systems, sufficient capacity, and operational continuity. The procurement also includes the maintenance of the database usage license. A description of the subject of the procurement is attached to the invitation to tender as Annex 1.
